The Vision
Carol Leggett planted the seed of what would become DUO Wellness — beginning with nutrition, deep tissue therapy, and exercise coaching, serving individuals one personalized protocol at a time.
First Partnerships
Carol brought on her first partner, joining forces with a chiropractor to offer gentle structural realignment, and added Christian counseling and coaching — laying the foundation for a truly collaborative, multi-disciplinary model of care.
Expanding the Team
More practitioners joined the practice, bringing advanced diagnostic lab testing, functional medicine integration, a dedicated nurse practitioner, and an additional Christian coach — deepening our whole-person capabilities.
